BTÜ School of Foreign Languages, along with representatives from various universities in Turkey, recently participated in the "(RE) DEFINING INSTITUTIONAL EFFECTIVENESS: AGILITY & ADAPTABILITY- Academic Management Competency Framework" training event. Hosted by Özyeğin University in collaboration with Macmillan Education and Eaquals, the focus of the training was on expanding on effective professional development, establishing an observation culture and mentoring techniques. 

Inst. Pınar Ketancı, the deputy director of BTU SFL, represented our school, and she exchanged knowledge and experiences with representatives from other universities.
