BTU SFL Foreign Languages Teachers Attend ECML ARPIDE Network Meeting

Two English instructors from our school recently participated in the network meeting of the ECML project "Using ECML Resources for Plurilingual and Democratic Culture", held on 20-21 November 2024. Ins. Dr. Miranda Karjagdi Çolak attended as a project team member, while Ins. Özlem Cengiz contributed as an invited expert. The two-day meeting brought together experts from across Europe to explore strategies for localizing resources, provide feedback on the adaptation grid and checklist, and brainstorm ideas for integrating ECML resources into various educational contexts. The event emphasized the importance of linking plurilingual education to democratic culture and highlighted the need to adapt ECML resources to diverse local contexts. This meeting reflects BTU SFL's ongoing commitment to advancing plurilingual and intercultural education.
